Our boot camp workouts are unique; they’re designed to be an intense hour of total body training. This helps develop your body in a way that will allow for a higher degree of ease when performing daily activities such as climbing stairs and lifting groceries! All types of people are welcome, whether you consider yourself to be strong or weak, fit or not so fit, your mind and body will benefit from our class. At Quick Fitness, our Boot camp classes are designed to build strength, stamina, and endurance through a vast variety of exercises that includes explosive routines, lifting weights, plyometrics, and cardiovascular regimes. This class will also provide social support to those taking part, which promotes a dynamic workout environment for both men and women of all age groups. The objective is that each individual works at their own pace within small teams towards a common goal.
